Service Description
Join us for a well-balanced, breath-centered yoga practice! Each class includes some gentle but dynamic movements to mobilize the whole body - preparing the joints, increasing circulation in the muscles, and enhancing general mobility, strength, and concentration. The dynamic portion of the practice is followed by static yoga poses with longer holds, so the muscles can release tension and help you improve your flexibility and resilience. Finishing the class with a calming and soothing relaxation and/or guided meditation. You can expect a relaxed teaching style with some encouragement. PLEASE NOTE: • Bring your own non-slip yoga mat. • Wear comfortable clothing that allows a full range of movement, e.g. raising the arms above the head and bending over/crouching down. • Yoga is practiced with bare feet. Bring extra layers and/or a blanket for relaxation. • Put in your diary the following dates: 4/11/18/25 September , 2/9/16/23 October, 6/13/20/27 November, 4/11 December. BOOKING T&C: • The booking is non-refundable and non-transferable after the 3rd of September 2025. Before that date, I will gladly give you a refund, minus the admin fee (£5). LOCATION: Heatherside Community Centre Martindale Ave, Camberley GU15 1AY The main hall is on the right-hand side of the entrance. The free car park is behind the Heatherside Community Centre, Sainsbury's car park, on-street parking is also free.
