Service Description

Join us for a well-balanced yoga practice! Each class includes some gentle but dynamic movements to mobilize the whole body - preparing the joints and increasing circulation in the muscles, as well as enhancing general mobility, strength, and concentration. The dynamic portion of the practice is followed by static yoga poses with longer holds, so the muscles can release tension and help you improve your flexibility and resilience. Finishing the class with a calming and soothing relaxation and/or guided meditation. You can expect a relaxed teaching style with some encouragement. Mix abilities are welcome! Please note: • Bring your own non-slip yoga mat and all props you might need (blanket, blocks, belt). • Wear comfortable clothing which allows a full range of movement, e.g. raising the arms above the head and bending over/crouching down. • Yoga is practiced with bare feet. Bring extra layers and/or a blanket for relaxation. T&C: • The booking is non-refundable and non-transferable after the 4th of September 2022. Before that date, I will be happy to give you a refund, minus the admin fee (£5). To cancel the course, please contact me at (with your bank account details). • If you miss a class, you can always join my Monday or Thursday class instead to make up, just let me know.
