Yoga at Heatherside - Monday

Service Description

This term's Monday class is FULLY BOOKED, the next one starts in April. If you used to practice with me and want to have a one-off drop-in class, contact me via email. If you are a newcomer, let me know, and I will put your name on the mailing list - you will know first when the class opens again. My email - hello@yogawithedyta.com Join us for a well-balanced yoga practice! Each class includes some gentle but dynamic movements to mobilize the whole body - preparing the joints and increasing circulation in the muscles, as well as enhancing general mobility, strength, and concentration. The dynamic portion of the practice is followed by static yoga poses with longer holds, so the muscles can release tension and help you improve your flexibility and resilience. Finishing the class with a calming and soothing relaxation and/or guided meditation. You can expect a relaxed teaching style with some encouragement. Mix abilities are welcome! Please note: • Bring your own non-slip yoga mat. • Wear comfortable clothing that allows a full range of movement, e.g. raising the arms above the head and bending over/crouching down. • Yoga is practiced with bare feet. Bring extra layers and/or a blanket for relaxation. T&C: • The booking is non-refundable and non-transferable after the 6th of January 2024. Before that date, I will be happy to give you a refund, minus the admin fee (£5).
