Service Description

Join us for a well balanced yoga practice! Each class includes some gentle but dynamic movements to mobilize the whole body - preparing the joints and increasing circulation in the muscles, as well as enhancing the general mobility, strength and concentration. The dynamic portion of the practice is followed by static yoga poses with longer holds, so the muscles can release tension and help you improve your flexibility and resilience. Finishing the class with a calming and soothing relaxation and/or guided meditation. You can expect a relaxed teaching style with some encouragement. Mix abilities are welcome! Please note: • Bring your own non-slip yoga mat and all props you might need (blanket, blocks, belt) • Wear comfortable clothing which allows a full range of movement, e.g. raising the arms above the head and bending over/crouching down. • Yoga is practised with bare feet. Bring extra layers and/or a blanket for relaxation. • All bookings are non refundable and non transferable.
